Manufacturing in Sakhakot
The works stand at Sakhakot in Tehsil Dargai, District Malakand — on the N-45 corridor into northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — with the head office on Ring Road, Badami Bagh, Lahore. Production, testing and dispatch run from the one site.
Getting your order out
Dispatch runs from the plant directly. For local deliveries we load and send the same week wherever stock allows; for made-to-order sizes the lead time is confirmed in writing at order acceptance, not estimated afterwards.
Bundles are strapped and tagged with the size, grade and heat so material stays identifiable on site. If your project needs a particular bundling or marking convention, tell us at the enquiry stage.
Visiting the plant
Customers and inspectors are welcome at the works. Arrange the visit in advance through the sales office so the right people from production and QA are on site when you arrive.

- Roll-forming lines for corrugated, trapezoidal, IBR and tile profile
- Slitting from prime coil in-house, to the width the profile needs
- Plain, hot-dip galvanized and pre-painted stock from one line
- Wire drawing through twenty-three gauges, 2 to 24 SWG
- Annealing and zinc coating for wire
- Cut-to-length and bundling to customer requirement
How it is made
From coil to consignment
Six stages, every one of them inspected. Nothing leaves the mill without a certificate against the standard it was ordered to.

Coil in, inspected
Prime mild steel, galvanized or pre-painted coil is checked for gauge, width and surface before it is accepted onto the floor.
- 02
Slit to width
Coil is slit to the strip width the finished profile calls for, so the cover width lands where the drawing says it should.
- 03
Roll formed
Strip runs through the forming stands to corrugated, trapezoidal, IBR or tile profile — or through the draw blocks, for wire.
- 04
Cut to length
Profiled sheet is cut to the length ordered rather than a standard length, which is what removes end laps from a long run.
- 05
Coated or drawn down
Sheet leaves plain, galvanized or colour-coated. Wire is drawn to gauge and then left hard, annealed soft, or zinc coated.
- 06
Tested and certified
Gauge, coating mass, cover width and tensile checked, and the mill certificate raised against the consignment.
